This Privacy Notice ("Notice") applies to all visitors to this website ("Site"). The primary purpose of the Site is to act as a resource for visitors to learn more about TTR. Any personal information that TTR stores on this site will be used in accordance with this Notice.

Your rights

You are entitled to know what personal information TTR holds about you. You have a right to ask that any personal information you reasonable believe to be incorrect is corrected. You have a right to be forgotten by TTR and can ask us to delete any information we hold about you.

Collecting information

TTR may collect and process personal information about you in the following ways:

1) Using the 'Contact Us' facility, we will process your name and contact details;

2) Details of any direct enquiries you have made, where TTR may keep a record of that transaction;

3) Details of your previous engagement of TTR's services, which may include your billing information and feedback you have provided to TTR. Feedback may include customer experience information that you have consented for TTR to publish on its Site;

4) Any personal information you elected to share with TTR as part of a marketing campaign, which may include information about events you have attended, and feedback you have provided to TTR;

5) Using Site visitor statistics collected by TTR's internet service provider, however TTR only has access to unique visitor numbers, individual Site page visits, and the types of Internet browsers used to access the Site. 

Legal basis

TTR has two bases for processing your personal information:

1) Legitimate business purposes, which include but are not limited to: dealing with your enquiries, fulfilling your requests for services and information, sending you communications that you have requested, notifying you of changes to our services, processing payment from you where applicable., and monitoring behaviour on our website to improve your browsing experience.

2) Your express consent, for example when we have arranged an initial consultation with you.

Sharing your information

From time to time, TTR may ask you if your feedback can be shared on LinkedIn as part of the Lead Consultant's personal profile page. TTR does not work with direct marketers and does not use third party agencies to contact you on its behalf. TTR works with the legislation established by UKGDPR and DPA. TTR will comply with any changes to legislation arising from any decision by the European Commission as to the United Kingdom's post-Brexit status as a third country and the provision of an adequate level of data protection. 

Information & Cyber Security

TTR is committed to ensuring that your information is secure. TTR has put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information it collects online. Personal information about you that is stored in the cloud is subject to the appropriate data sovereignty, data control and visibility requirements established by UKGDPR.
